Who are RESI

Resi are a privately owned development company based in Reading.

Established in 2014 to specialise in innovative residential developments in and around Berkshire.

An ambitious company with a fierce growth agenda Resi evaluates strategic opportunities with the aim of increasing their portfolio in key locations. Creative in thinking, Resi continually promotes innovative ideas and seeks out similar-minded businesses as partners.

Daniel Hillman, Managing Director

With a degree in design, Daniel began his property career with London based Candy & Candy where he worked extensively for 4 years successfully delivering as Project Manager. Daniel was part of the team delivering award winning developments such as One Hyde Park and 21 Chesham Place.

With a strong passion for business and property, since 2009 Daniel has been involved with numerous businesses within the property development and construction sector.

A serial entrepreneur and workaholic, Daniel founded Resi in 2014.

Jonathan Stobbs, Finance Manager

Jonathan achieved a degree in Accounting Science and an Honours degree in Accounting and Auditing. Jonathan's background is based in Accountancy and Operations having worked for multi national corporations, large UK and International pension company Prudential, as well as UK's 7th largest business and advisory firm Baker Tilly.

Jonathan entered the property market in 2008 investing in his own portfolio. In 2014 Jonathan joined Resi.

Lily Parkinson, Design & Project Co-ordinator

Lily joined Resi as Design & Project Co-ordinator overseeing all interior design and managing each development from acquisition, planning through to sale.

With a degree in property investment and management and a strong surveying background, Lily has worked in both the residential and commercial sectors and has comprehensive and diverse property expertise.

Lily is ambitious, target driven and highly creative.

Jennifer Mole, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jenny oversees the everyday management of the office, property maintenance and also assists our finance manager with the accounts.‚Äč

Jenny has previously worked within the residential property market controlling the lettings and maintenance of over 200 apartments and rooms.

Jenny is extremely organised, hardworking and brings fresh ideas to the team on a daily basis.
